Orders will be shipped with the best carrier option based on your location and how quickly it will be delivered to you. 

We mainly use ICS Carrier, Purolator, Canpar, and Canada Post. 

Shipping price will be calculated at checkout.

The cost of shipping depends on your location and the size of your order.

Due to our cookies being fragile, they need to be shipped in boxes to make sure they arrive in one piece to your perfect pony!

Unfortunately, this means our shipping rate is a bit higher to ship to you.

Please make sure you put your correct mailing address and include all information like appt/suite #, etc. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or missing address information. 

If an address correction needs to be made after the package has shipped, you will incur all address change charges from the shipping carrier.

USA Orders

Packages shipping to the USA will be shipped with Canada Post.

Please allow 1.5-3+ weeks for deliveries, depending on your location.

Due to new border restrictions and duties, there are longer delivery times. All duties and handling fees will be calculated and collected at checkout.

These fees are collected ahead of time to ensure a smooth and swift clearance at customs.

Pick Up

We have two pick-up locations in Ontario.

Orders will be ready for pick up 4-6 business days after they were placed for the Oshawa Location and 2-3 business days for our Omemee Location.

Once your order is ready, we will email you with the address from which you can pick it up.
