Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped Expedited, using Canada Post.
Shipping price will be calculated at check out.
Cost of shipping depends on your location and the size of your order.
Due to our cookies being fragile they require to be shipped in boxes to make sure they arrive in one piece to your perfect pony!
Unfortunately, this means our shipping rate is a bit more to ship to you.
We are also more than happy to ship bulk orders to you and your barn friends!

Pick Up
We have two pick-up locations in Ontario.
Orders will be ready for pick up 2-3 business days after they were placed for the Oshawa Location and 4-6 business days for our Omemee Location.
Once your order is ready, we will email you with the address you can pick it up from.

Return & Exchange Policy
We DO NOT accept returns as these are food-related items and can
not be resold once they have left our bakery.
We will credit your account for any errors or damages from shipping with your order.
